Ballooon Soft Play & Cafe — Restaurant in London

Visited today to keep little one busy in this horrible weather. I've booked online (supposed to be a 2h session but at the entrance been told it was 1:50 minutes?! Fair enough as they didn't really check the time and they let me in an hour before my check in time). First of all, they need to learn about customer service. There was an older lady who kept weirdly staring at me, while I was drinking my coconut latte almost £4 (entry for a toddler and myself £10). She never asked if I needed something else but just staring. I had a look at the menu , 15£ roughly for a full English breakfast you must be joking...I wouldn't mind paying it for a good quality in west end but not in a soft play. Anyway, my little one was having fun but the area was so small they get bored easily to be Frank. Even an hour is way too much. Anyway after a while staff sprayed a horrible chemical air freshener that triggered asthma 🫣🙄 had to leave. I still had coat and scarf on the table and the "staring lady 🥲)sprayed the table to clean it while my belongings were still on it (there was at least 3 empty tables) so she could have waited literally 2 sec to clean the table). I've quickly removed my belongings... Definitely won't come back. It's a shame as it's a pleasant idea in the area. Won't recommend...

We recently celebrated my son's birthday at this wonderful café, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. The place is incredibly clean, tidy, and well-organized, making it a comfortable environment for both kids and adults.

The food selection is amazing—large portions, very diverse options, and all at affordable prices. Everyone found something they loved!

The kids had an absolute blast. It's a place they always look forward to visiting, and now I can see why. The atmosphere is lively yet welcoming, perfect for family gatherings.

A special mention goes to the café owners. They are incredibly friendly, polite, and always greet you with a warm smile. Their hospitality truly made the day extra special.

Such a gem of a cafe, can’t recommend enough - staff were so lovely and accommodating to our group - nothing was a problem, even tho we were treading mud in to their beautiful space!! the food was all delicious, fresh and so colourful, big portions, something for every taste, coffee was delicious, scrambled eggs were so good we had to order an extra portion as soon as the first came out because we needed to try them !! - decor was gorgeous, toilets were nice and clean ! Super reasonable price for the quality. Definitely give this place a visit !! Thankyou for having us and being so warm and hospitable !! We spent over 20 quid per person but that was with extras and 2 or 3...
