Costa Coffee — Restaurant in London

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Costa Coffee location. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the staff did not get along with each other. Their lack of teamwork and cooperation was evident, and it created a negative atmosphere.

The service I received was simply unacceptable. I couldn't believe that even in prison, I might have received better service than at this Costa Coffee. The staff seemed uninterested and unmotivated to provide even the basic level of customer service. They were slow, unresponsive, and appeared to be more focused on their internal conflicts rather than attending to customers.

It's disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism in a well-known coffee chain. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and respect, which was clearly lacking in this establishment. It's a shame because Costa Coffee is generally known for its quality beverages and pleasant atmosphere, but this particular location fell far below my expectations.

I would strongly advise against visiting this Costa Coffee, as the experience I had was nothing short of terrible. There are plenty of other coffee shops in the area that offer better service and a more enjoyable...

Not a Costa standard. The staff was not up to date with a lunch deal, which is okay, but therefore it took them time to work it out. The lady at the till was helpful, the other lady who prepared the coffees was extremely rude. She made comments for the time we took, then gave me a hot drink instead of a cold, which she exchanged with a huff and puff and at the end just chucked it on the table top so aggressively and with a comment. The iced drink was not made properly (I had the same drink before), was bitter and not well mixed. I am very disappointed in that service and quality. Not a Costa standard for sure. Hopefully it is just a one time off...And not her usual...

I had a disappointing experience at Costa Coffee recently. The staff were unfriendly and seemed uninterested in helping customers. They were really unprofessional. We had two sandwiches as well as two coffee, they gave us one tissue and when I asked for more they gave us one more only. She didn’t ask me if I want my coffee to be shaken up, she just did whatever. My cup was empty as you can see in the photo, our sandwiches were not warm enough, cheese was not melted enough.

We had to wait for the to wipe the table as it seemed like they are taking their time.

There was no warmth, no eye contact, and certainly no smile.

I wouldn’t recommend this Costa...
