Costa Coffee — Restaurant in London

Went to Costa earlier , was greeted with a bad customer service by the so called manager ? Was spoke to abruptly! Certainly no smile or made to feel welcome ! Was given the wrong coffee even though we asked for a different one to the one we were given ! And when we asked for the correct coffee was told no we asked for that one ! After a few times of saying we asked for a different coffee the manager said well have the correct coffee as it is the same price anyway ! In not a nice manner very rude ! Then didn't even give us a receipt , so the next person making the coffee was a bit confused ! So we had 2 correct her , then the manager served the next person after us then ended up.giving us their receipt & Lids for takeaway coffee ! So not at all happy with this so...

Was horrible experience 😢 The waitresses fight between themselves because we went threepeople...myself, my wife and my daughter who has 6 years old, and they didn't let us seat together, even if was space enough ... in the end we're sat separated... my wife and my daughter together and me in another side of room. I get it is about social distancing but was space enough in one of the tables and one of waitresses didn't agree with. So bad experience.... the service was poor and the drinks make in rush because they've been busy at this time. However I Don't recommend...

What food?! I realiseI came in within the last 15 mins but was starving abd picked up a toasties, only to be told can't have hot food as kitchen closes half hour before closing. First off..what kitchen?!! Toasties are done in a counter top quick cooker behind the cointer and besides, they are haedly bg kitchen equipment. It wasnt advertised anywhere either but she wouldnt heat it Told her to forget the order for.coffee. disgusting. Typical of Costas level of service last few years...
