Really disappointed and rather upset. The server 'Chloe' didn't even acknowledged my partner and myself. She just scanned our takeaway drinks and couldn't be bothered to say a simple 'thank you'. To make the experience worse was another employee 'Jess' who had a unhygienic habit of nail biting (in full view of customers). It was disgusting seeing her have fingers in her mouth and then touch a sandwich without washing her hands. Seriously!?! A bad experience that realistically shouldn't have occurred in the first place. I recommend to stay clear...

Usually quite a nice little Costa after adventure golf, but sadly, came in this time to about 10 staff all chucking bits and pieces at each other and ignoring the presence of customers. I’ve got nothing against having fun, but customer care should always come first, and it’s the job of the manager on duty to ensure that their staff are conducting themselves in a professional manner, not joining in.
