Really disappointed and rather upset. The server 'Chloe' didn't even acknowledged my partner and myself. She just scanned our takeaway drinks and couldn't be bothered to say a simple 'thank you'. To make the experience worse was another employee 'Jess' who had a unhygienic habit of nail biting (in full view of customers). It was disgusting seeing her have fingers in her mouth and then touch a sandwich without washing her hands. Seriously!?! A bad experience that realistically shouldn't have occurred in the first place. I recommend to stay clear...

TODAY Sunday 15th May 2022 15.20pm. Absolutely woeful SERVICE the worst service I’ve ever had. They had two customers in there with five staff one was making a cappuccino for the other customer in the shop so I waited and waited to pay for a bottle of water and walked out.
