Creams Cafe Streatham — Restaurant in London

Visited and was immediately told there were no sundaes or milkshakes. Strange because, as you can see from images, there was a freezer stocked of ice cream. Anyway, I ordered 2 crepes and a 2 scoop cone. Only after ordering and having the stale tasting crepe come to the table was I told there was no sofr serve ice cream (which comes with the £8 crepe). I asked for whipped cream instead, which would have cost nothing, only to be told no the manager says no alternatives. I explained that I had paid for an accompaniment with the crepe, so I should at least get half a scoop of vanilla ice cream, to which again I was told no as the manager says it's too expensive of a swap. Absolutely ridiculous that I paid for something that I did not receive. And was not given any warning prior to paying for it. When i asked to speak to someone about it, was told there wasn't anyone available. Wouldn't have minded the lack of ice cream so much if the crepe had tasted fresh. It didn't. Dry and stalr tasting. The moisture from the ice cream (or cream!)wouldd have helped. I won't be coming...

Worst place to work loredana Anderson the area manager is a BULLY to all her staff I left cause she was the most horrible person to work for she don't care about her staff.. speaks to them so rudely. I made a official complaint about loredana and the head office didn't care how I was treated apologies and saying this will be dealt with when I emailed them asking them the outcome they ignore all my emails so unprofessional that you alow this woman to be such a bully in a work place and how she treats her staff. I've never worked someone and felt so disrespect and humiliated by the way you are spoken to. LOREDANA IF YOUR READING THIS STOP BEING A BULLY AND THINK YOUR BETTER THEN ANYONE ELSE.

Disgusting Behaviour from Staff

Went to Tesco’s Creams today. I went with my son. My son went to make an order and was told to wait 10mins before placing an order. The place was empty. Only my son and I present. After 10mins he went to place his order only to be told again that he had to wait 10mins. I asked why we had to wait and the staff were extremely rude saying “are you making a job application”. I asked for the manger who was equally rude and said that if I couldn’t wait then we should leave. We left without making a purchase. This is shameful and disgusting customer service.
