Greggs — Restaurant in London

Ordered sausage rolls, was informed they went very hot. Said that’s ok. Once served they were stone cold.politely said to the girl serving these are stone cold, she then said I told u they weren’t very warm. I politely replied there is a big difference between not very warm and stone cold. She then argued we’re not a hot counter.annoyed that she had been called out when she clearly had over cooked for a slow day as shelves full Of cold food. And not many buying. Last time we attended we were offered hot ones from the oven, rude member of staff who needs to be retrained in customer service without being rude to customers. Will see if use again but...
