We walked in and were met by an employee with a big friendly smile on her face and with the best customer service skills - she came over and spoke to my granddaughter and made her feel like what she wanted was most important. This was a good thing because she is usually quite shy, but she even commented on how nice she was. On the way out I asked for her name as she had made the experience quite enjoyable, and she said it was Nusrat - I think she is an asset to the company, and the food was lovely too! Well done Creams at Woolwich. Pictures of our desserts (very yummy ;) )⬇️

I am absolutely annoyed. What is all of this? Do creams not read specific details when they receive their orders off just eat or Deliveroo??? You can’t even call to make sure they don’t get your orders wrong because they do not answer their calls. Having called twice and was put straight to voicemail. I ordered a milkshake and a crepe. It clearly states on the receipt - NO LEMON. It gives an option for a reason. To my surprise there is Lemon on the crepe. I am so upset. A waste of money!!! Fix your services creams!!! A big company with bad service!

Creams Cafe is a US-style ice cream parlour, all decked out in purple. Our hotel was next door and before leaving for home, we treated ourself to a sundae. It was okay, don't get me wrong, but nothing special. What I did notice was the complete absence of customers. OK, there were one or two people in there at any given time, but I did expect more life on a saturday evening. Very strange for a place like this: it looks good, the ice cream is good(ish), the staff is OK, so where was everyone? No matter, we were happy.

First of all I have been calling this place this morning and early afternoon today . No one ever picks the phone up ! I went there with my family when you walk in no one greets you hello . We went up to place the order at the till the guy taking our order did not smile nor greet us with a hello . I straight away told my sister I don't like the vibe here and rather pay somewhere else with good service but she told me the kids are settled and are looking forward to having their desserts . When placing one of orders which was a oreo cookie dough that comes with an ice cream which I didn't realise I then ordered another ice cream for that but the guy at the till could at least tell me this dessert comes with a oreo ice cream Paid extra for that. I was asked will I be paying by card or cash I said card but realised I needed to pay half by cash and the rest on card. When I told the guy can I pay like this he said you should of told me that before and wasn't bothered at all . My sister then stepped in and paid the full amount by card. You can change the payment method way but this guy clearly wasn't bothered to do that . We sat down at our table i then noticed the guy at the till would greet other people's with a hello. The order was quick but we was disappointed. My son's oreo cookie dough was not hot all three of the white ice cream had a weird taste to it. We waited for a while to get a water's when it arrived we had to get up and get it off the counter ! How dare they ask for us to get the water I mean the place wasn't busy. What a wasted journey and waste of money. Will not be visiting this place again and will be telling friends and family about this horrible experience here. You need to step up with manners and a service with a smile won't cost you ! Maybe do some courses/...

Very disappointed with the service received. To start with the young lady who served us at the counter was rude dismissive and had next to no customer service skills. Which did not help later on when we had so many mistakes to clear up. The birthday girls crepe was hard to the point of being inedible. We waited over an hr for 1 ice cream, After waiting for at least 30 minutes we were advised they didn't have parts of our order. Baring in mind all this time we were the only people in the restaurant so it really shouldn't have taken that much time between 3 members of stuff. (Side note one of those members of staff was named Sharon and she was absolutely amazing and ended up being the one to complete our order.) that is just a few of the issues we had. In dealing with these problems the supervisor on duty attempted not to knowledge us at all until we had to request the manager who had to come in to the store to deal with the issues. When the manager did arrive the supervisor then attempted to lie and say that not only was he unaware of the issues but he had also already refunded part of the order for us.. still completely unapologetic. Atleast the manager had manners and basic customer services skills. disgusted with the service we received. We will not be going back to...

( On 30th December 2022) I went there with my family to have a nice time and it was the complete opposite. I went with my nephew to order and it was a complete disaster.

  1. My nephew was ordering but there came a time when the waiter did not want to understand what he was asking for, so I tried to help him, but the waiter did not even look at me, it was as if I did not exist, it seemed that he only wanted to talk to men and did not with women… a shame!

  2. We ordered 4 desserts, because the cookie dough was nothing like what appeared on my menu, my husband complained about it and the waiters said that it was like that... they brought the cookie dough ice cream much later after making it served Already. It took more than 25 minutes to serve the 4 desserts and later we complained again when we observed that one of them was missing.

  3. and when we thought that everything could not be worse... when we got home, all 4 of us and my little girl (she only ate ice cream) got sick, so what makes me think that the food was rotten or poisoned....
