I recently had the pleasure of hosting my mum's 70th birthday celebration at Croftwood Bar & Grill, and I couldn't be more delighted with the experience. From start to finish, the event was nothing short of exceptional.

Absolutely worth the second visit! After a disappointing first experience where I waited too long and never received my food, I left a negative review. To their credit, the team responded quickly, took my feedback seriously, and invited me back to make things right. I’m really glad I gave them another chance.

This time around, everything was spot on. I started with the halloumi fries and chicken skewers—both were absolutely delicious. Their homemade sauces, especially the garlic red wine and blue cheese, are full of rich, fresh flavour and clearly made with care.

For the main, I had the Jacob's Ladder with red wine and it was truly something special—tender, packed with depth, and cooked to perfection. Words can’t do the flavour justice, but I can say it’s one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time.

The restaurant isn’t very visible from the outside, but once inside, it's cosy, welcoming, and the staff are genuinely friendly. While there's no parking directly outside, there are plenty of spaces just across the street.
