Standards have slipped, used to be of reliable quality. I know Fridays are busy, but that is no excuse to serve half cooked chips, barely blanched, which ruined our meal. The fish was very wet inside the batter, which makes me wonder if it's frozen fish? Sorry guys, but you deserve this review because we've had to cook ourselves to replace the inedible food you served from a professional outlet. Inexcusable quality control on the very basics.
