Avoid! Very Slow Service. Unhygienic... Liars!
We entered the restaurant at 9PM. Only 4 glasses of water was given for 9 of us. We kept asking for it repeatedly and were promised more glasses will be there. No water for another half an hour. We were told that poppadum will be served shortly but even though we ordered at 9. Nothing came till 10 PM
We ordered mixed grill for starters and prawns and fish were missing. When we actually made the waiter aware. He went in and came back after 5 minutes saying sorry prawns and fish were finished. There was no decency to let us know of that?
Then came Mains... We started eating it and found out that it wasnt actually what we ordered? Waiter came back and said sorry it was someone else's order and he literally took the peices back from plate, put them back in utensils and took them to a different table. Yes. This is their hygiene in Pandemic. It's a huge risk and I will be reporting them to authorities.
Now comes the main part. We were two families with two meerkat codes. We explained that when we booked with them. Manager Tony assured us on the phone that you can sit together and he will charge it as two separate tables. When we arrived we informed the waiter as well that we will be using 2 meerkat codes. Waiter understood and guided us to how we should order. In the end, as it took almost another 20 minutes to generate a bill and waiter came back to apologise that it's due to two different meerkat codes. Read moreI was part of a party of approx 40 who booked, and preordered food. (For an evening arrival) It was a shambles, one waiter serving drinks at the bar, another standing next to him not serving, not assisting. (It would speed things up if he helped!) ….so it took over 40 mins for all to get a drink. Then they stopped serving drinks ‘to ‘concentrate on food’. Food was coming out cold from the kitchen, (had to send back both my main course and rice as they were stone cold! My naan bread was good, and hotter than the meal when it was returned after heating (kitchen needs a food thermometer to check they are sending hot food to table, and a decent microwave to reheat items.
We ended up with members of the group serving the food as the one waiter couldn’t cope (despite the pre order sent in at lunchtime). It was incredibly disappointing- some people waited over 60 mins for food to be served - and finding it lukewarm, by then just eating it as it was late and we had been there nearly 2hours by then.
On paying the bill there was no apology for the cold food and poor service.
I cannot recommend this place at all.

I was told they are offering 50% of the whole meal. Firstly they were extremely slow, when serving the meals and bring them out one at a time! No serving trolleys! They provided limited cutlery and napkins. Had to ask for water several times and actually had to get up and get the menus myself. We asked them to clean the table and it was cleaned with a dirty smelly rag!
The staff and manager were extremely argumentative when I tried to explain that I had asked before hand about the discount! I explained that I was told I would be given 50% (some restaurants are giving the full 50%). I was happy to pay either way but they need to listen to customers.
The jug they served water in was disgusting and the plates were dirty. I will not be eating there again. Had to ask for water several times.
There is no social distancing either! The tables are side by side.
