Came here the first time and had amazing service and thought the staff were lovely. We thought this place was a definite keeper as we had been looking for a permanent place for a while. Food was nice enough.

Unfortunately, the second time we came, it wasn't the same experience. Booked a table and specifically said it was to watch the football. They were fine with that and gave us a good table. But when the game started, the music kept playing. That made no sense to me. What is the point of showing a football match with no sound? Especially an England quarter final match! Asked if the music could be switched off but they said no so this basically ruined any atmosphere of watching a football match. Strange thing was that after 87 minutes the music did go off anyway and we could finally hear the sound. So clearly you could have switched the music off? Other customers were complaining about the same thing too. Don't you want to please your customers?

Sadly after that, the staff weren't the same with us. They obviously got annoyed that we asked that question (even though imo it was a perfectly reasonable request and we remained polite as we're not the type of people to be rude and kick up a fuss) and were pretty rude after that and took ages to come to us, bring our drinks and bring the bill.

Also, noticed some mistakes on the bill, certain they overcharged us on a repeated drink we ordered but there were also other things on the menu that they forgot to add on. Was all a confusing mess so we decided to just cut our losses, pay and never come back. Sad really as this place had the potential...

Absolutely disgusting.

We pre-booked a table and came here for pre-birthday celebrations. The staff were unbelievably rude and did not understand that we wanted to eat first before proceeding with ordering Shisha! The lady who was in charged of the Shisha had a disgusting attitude and literally forced us to take Shisha even though we wasn't ready.

We requested a certain genre of songs just to balance the scene and create a bit of diversity. Unfortunately , this was ignored and we were made to feel unbelievably unwelcome. This place does not represent equality and diversity regarding catering to various demographics. We were made to feel ostracised and I genuinely feel that this was down to our race. Also , at one point of the night the staff was arguing in their native language and pointing at our table. Once we complained, the staff had even MORE of an attitude with us and when asked if we could have our food bagged and taken away, we waited for approximately 40minutes. Eventually , we got up and done it ourselves. When I tried to talk to the manager (who lied and said he wasn't in order to not take the blame) he literally walked away.

Hunterz Lounge you are absolutely disgusting. I will never recommend anyone to come here and get the treatment we had yesterday, this is probably the worse service we have ever...

Absolutely awful! Walk in and there's no organisation. Stand around wondering if you are meant to be seated or whether you just get a table. Finally someone attends and seats us. The waitress was clueless about the menu. Even taking the order was a struggle as we recieved the wrong items. To top it off, the chips were cold. Sent it back twice to never get them back again. The shisha was just as bad. Tasted burnt within 15 minutes. Roof was dripping onto the coals of the shisha. Even paying was a struggle as they did not know what was ordered. You could clearly tell we were unhappy but they did not take that into consideration. The decor.. wow. What a mismatch of every possible thing going. The only decent item was the classic mojito but even that didn't deserve the price that was set. Highly NOT...
