DeRada Brasserie — Restaurant in London

Visited the place on Sunday, my friends and I had a delightful brunch at this restaurant that seems to be growing in popularity, as almost all tables were occupied. The menu was Italian-inspired and had a variety of dishes to choose from, including salads, sandwiches, pizzas, pastas, and burgers, which made it easy to navigate. The ambiance was charming, with tasteful decorations and a relaxed atmosphere.

After being promptly seated, we were promptly attended to by the waitstaff, and our order was taken in no time. Our drinks arrived quickly, and the coffee was particularly noteworthy. The food also arrived in a timely manner, including a salad (Poke bowl), pasta (Pappardelle Piccante), pizza (Milano), and a sandwich (Pollo Milanese ciabatta ), which were all well-presented, but not particularly exceptional, comparable to those served in most Italian restaurant chains.

Despite the restaurant receiving high ratings, we felt that our experience was average and not mind-blowing. We may have to visit again to determine if the hype...

This restaurant is average. Something you aren't going to crave to come back to.

We had to return a starter of chicken wings because it was simply inedible. No attempt was made to replace it with something else or at least compensate us with something nice. Instead the wings were included in the final bill and I had to specifically ask to remove them.

The tonic for the gin I ordered was brought in a warm bottle. The tonic immediately melted the ice in the glass and diluted the cocktail.

The rest of the meal was descent but it wasn't a five star experience as the other reviews are claiming.

The service was also nothing to write home about. The waiter left the door open a few times when servicing the customers outside, bringing the cold wind from the street.

My suggestion to the management to pay more attention to detail and definitely do something about those...

We visited this restaurant for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. The place is very clean and nicely presented, and the entire staff were friendly and welcoming.

We were looked after by Roni, a pleasant and attentive young man who went above and beyond to make our evening enjoyable. He patiently answered all our questions and made us feel truly looked after.

The food was excellent from start to finish — the starters and mains arrived hot and full of flavour, and the dessert was absolutely perfect.
