I’m happy with services Natalia Gives great to speak with. Great service I didn’t have enough to tip her or I would of given more due to using my card an only having 3pounds. It is five star if the other two lady doesn’t make me feel that they are not genuine. Also their services previously do not recommend. but now with our Natalia brilliant in general, it’s a brilliant place to go to the green breakfast shouldn’t be used with guacamole should be used with real avocados. Came in on a quiet Tuesday afternoon. Ordered the green breakfast and a flat white. The former was OK if not covered a little too liberally in feta cheese. The latter, (flat white) was burnt. Literally like drinking burnt toast. Flat whites are exclusively my caffeine of choice and having had my fair share, I know what a burnt flat white tastes like. After my first sip I politely asked the waitress if she could change the coffee as it was burnt. She quickly retorted that it was strong; unwilling to hear my point of view. She rolled her eyes at me like I've never seen before and in an exasperated tone asked me what I wanted instead. I told her not to roll her eyes at me and to simply take it away. Teach your staff some manners. And teach them how to make not burnt...

Overpriced food but the staff was happy and welcoming. My daughter didn't like the porridge and wanted fruit salad which wasn't on the menu. I pointed out that the granola has fruits so could they make this without the granola and yogurt. They did do this but we were given 2 strawberries and 5 blueberries - I was expecting a little more than this. Then when the bill came they told me that as a gesture of goodwill they have not charged me for the fruit salad and I felt that they wanted me to thank them. I raised my eyebrows because had they charged me £8.50 for the 2 strawberries and 5 blueberries, I would have said a word or two. I paid £28 for a small cappuccino, porridge and shakshuka. Shame really as it is a relaxing cafe but I wouldn't go back as the food is...
