The worst reasturant I've been to in many years. First I come in with my girlfriend on my motorbike to meet my brother and his wife. Walk in and get told to leave when the staff can't understand or listen when I'm saying I don't do deliveries and here for food. The another staff comes and touches my back. Look don't ever place your hands on me. I couldn't care less if you think I'm a delivery rider. I don't work for you. You are not my family or my friends. Dont ever place your hands on anyone. Keep them to yourself.

Second of all the food was so bad that I sent it back twice. First time I got the food. Tasted like cold re heated bland chicken from the microwave. Told them to reheat the food because why is it so cold? Looked at my plate the food is not even steaming compared to my girlfriend and my brother. The food got reheated and sent back to me. Took one bite and was like this was the most horrid chicken I've tasted. It was honestly 3 or 4 day old chicken thats been reheated a few times. Called the staff to come take the food away as it was not even edible. Told them the situation. Then the staff comes back and tries to lie to me and said its fresh chicken from the day. I've studied catering and cooked enough chicken to know the difference between freshly cooked chicken compared to horrid chicken thats thrown in the microwave and a few days old. Please do not come up to me and lie to me. Gave some chicken to my girlfriend and brother and they all agreed its old reheated chicken.

This place is unbelievably horrible from food to rude staff. Its a joke that you even charged me. When I sent back the dish twice for disgusting inedible food. Then the lies about the chicken. Then being rude as I walked in. Will never return to this terrible spot and will highly recommend to stay away from here. Save your money and health and go somewhere with actual competent chefs that don't need to lie about their food.

Never felt so robbed/wasted time. Coming all this way from Fullham Broadway for trash food...

If you're after simple thoughtful dishes with just the right bit of oomph, congratulations you may have landed at the right pad. Without burning a hole in your pocket, keeping your mind at ease and letting you soak in all the goodness, that is. The perfectly cooked sea bass on a bed of light sauteed veggie goodness could just be the thing you need to feed the soul on a lazy early Saturday afternoon, with a bright citrussy papaya crunch on the side to wake up your senses. And if you wanted to indulge your taste buds that tiny bit more with some cheesy charry yum, what would you say to braving up to the Tandoori Flowers, even if veggies really aren't your thing normally? (You're welcome!)

The relaxed but cosy ambience with bright island vibes probably helps to lift up the spirit too. Not to speak of the quirky art on the walls that might just keep you engaged while you're waiting hungrily, which to be honest doesn't appear to be long enough to cool the lava down. Sorry - no prizes if you guessed that we're going back soon to hunt for some...

Came in for the lunch menu, and was told they dont do it no more with no apologies provided for falsely advertising their menu online and not removing a menu they no longer have.

We asked TWICE for the lunch menu, and even showed the waiter this is advertised on their own website, waiter decided to walk off and completely ignored us and avoided the question we asked, told us this was no longer available when we had to ask for a 2nd time and show him their own website. Pushing you to order from the main menu.

Portion was small and pricey with 10% service charge added on the bill, service was severly lacking. Rice also not provided with their indian curry dishes, charging you extra £3.95 for steamed rice.

Very poor experience and value for money and PURE DISHONESTY. Wont be back.

My question is : if your lunch menu was available like you said in your reply, Why were we not offer this menu from the moment we sat down during lunch hrs? Because there was simply no intention to give us the lunch menu from the start, which i found that...

Previously dined in with a positive experience: great atmosphere, delicious food, and attentive service. This review focuses on a recent takeaway order. Pros: - Colorful, lovely atmosphere for dining in - Tasty food - Good service - Reasonably fast takeaway (12-15 minutes) Cons: - Takeaway portions seem smaller than dine-in - Prices have increased, affecting value for money Ordered Chicken Pad Thai and Katsu Chicken. Takeaway service was efficient, but the portions disappointed compared to in-restaurant meals. The Katsu Chicken (£15) had plenty of sauce but skimped on rice and chicken. Pad Thai was acceptable but less enjoyable than when dining in. Pricing has increased, notably impacting value for money. At current prices, the takeaway portions feel inadequate. Overall, BAW offers tasty Thai cuisine, but the dine-in experience significantly outshines takeaway. For the best value and experience, opt for eating in the restaurant rather than ordering out.

Ordered from Deliveroo. Delivery was fine. I have ordered: 1 Chicken Pad Thai 1 Green Curry - Prawn Doesn’t nor taste like Thai food, it tastes like Indian food or whatever but the taste isn’t pleasant. I’m surprised because I have been to another location and I had no complaints but this one OMG isn’t nice at all. I’m actually upset because I was looking forward to have some fresh and tasty Thai meal and it left me disappointed. I also found that there’s way too much beansprouts in the pad Thai and the aubergine from green curry it’s raw! Restaurant needs to improve and make sure that staff knows what they are cooking because I know what Thai food tastes like! Portion size it’s normal. Package was fine but nothing provided such as napkins or cutlery.
