I ordered the kebab from there. First time going there and was looking forward to try "East London style" fried spicy kebab.
What a freaking disappointment from the bengali bruddas. Its embarrassing to be bengali when they cheap out so much on the quality of meat.
All they had to do was spend a little more money to get a somewhat decent cut of donner meat. But they must have got the cheapest of cheapest cut. The meat was thin and had an artifical taste. Tasted like those frozen kebab slices you find in Iceland. Almost threw up no lie.
If they cheap out on the doner meat I don't wanna know what they do with the other meat. I won't be surprised if the hygiene is bad too.
Sorry, I would have loved to support you guys but you guys are an embarrassment.
It is by far the worst kebab I've had in my life all because you guys wanna save a few pounds. Charging so much for a kebab with sub par quality.
Such a shame as me and a lot of my friends travel to East London for spicy kebabs so would have come here often.
Thats what happens when you cheap out. You lose out....
Read moreMost disgusting kebab I have ever eaten!Ordered through UberEATS as I really fancied a doner kebab and this was the only available option. There was no option to opt for the kebab without sauce so I asked for garlic and stated in the special requirements to NOT put the sauce on the kebab. The kebab arrived with a mint sauce all over it! They need to also make people aware that this is not the average kebab that you get.. the doner meat is different and red in colour and tastes sweet. I have bought packet doner meat from a continental store in the past and I’m sure this is exactly what was used! They don’t use a pitta bread either- it’s a burnt round Indian flat bread! The meat is also swimming in oil! Oh and another thing.. since when does a kebab come smothered with fried greasy onions??! I’m not one to waste food but I physically could not eat this so called ‘doner kebab’. UberEATS need to get another kebab company on their...
Read moreI ordered a BBQ combo for £4.89 off UberEats, as one of the only places open at this time. Fries were good, if a bit crunchy, but the chicken was absolutely shocking. Strange stringy texture, like it'd been blasted in the microwave for 15 minutes, the BBQ sauce was overly sweet and rancid, and the drumstick I recieved had been shaped as if it'd been sat in the same place for 3 hours. The wings were an improvement, but still suffered from that absolutely dastardly BBQ sauce. I couldn't finish the meal, and would not order again.
2 stars for the amount of food recieved, despite the low quality, and the presentation of the packaging was excellent, unfortunately the food is...
