If I could I would give zero star. I had a late lunch with my friend and with our two toddlers. The food arrived on time however when the chef passed our table he commented that we should tell to our boys to be more quiet. We did ask him that who complained about them and he replied ME! It was a shocking comment. He was extremely rude with such an aggressive manner. As I was used to work in hospitality industry for a good ten years I have never experienced anything like this before. I spoken to the manager who was ashamed however he did nothing to solve this. He did say sorry and thatās it. Our boys were hungry otherwise we would leave straight away. It was such a stressful experience and you should put a visible sign that you donāt want to have kids in your restaurant under four years old. I asked the manager what if my son is autistic? What do you want me to do? Cover his mouth? They behaved like any other three years old on this planet. They did not run around or throw food. They were loud indeed. Thatās all. Also, when I spoken to the manager the chef opened the kitchen door and he was ready to attack us too. The whole thing was shocking and extremely unprofessional. As a manager he should have come and say something to us. I never had such a bad treatment ever. Do not get me wrong if they were not happy with toddlers and if the manager comes and say in polite way if we could do something I would definitely wouldā¦.but instead the chef goes around and threaten customers?! That should not happen. We could not even finish the food and when we paid the female staff was sarcastic too. I would never go to this place again and as I am local I will share this experience on every single platform to warn other families too. No one but absolutely no one should go through such a bad...

Clean and calm atmosphere with Turkish music playing in the background bringing authentic feel. Accessible by wheelchairs. Toilets
Food; Lentil soup, overly salty, something was very off with it. Left it and thought to give a go to main. Ordered Sarma beyti with lamb, as soon as the plate was arriving I just picked a weird smell, didnāt want to believe my senses and I tucked in but was very disappointed, red souse was orange, overloaded with yogurt that seemed to be out of date and meat was just lacking any Turkish seasoning, overly chewy⦠I was disappointed and nothing prepared me for the next thing when my friend scooped out long hair from cacik⦠Waiter kindly offered to exchanged cacik, Iāve immediately asked for the bill, he saw we havenāt eaten our meals, weāve paid and left.
Note: no salad (price paid separately) and only one pitta bread given to be shared between two people. Soup: no olives, no turp, no sumak seasoning available⦠I was expecting 4.7 rating as per Google reviews.
I would like to offer my services to this place and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI used to love this restaurant...my husband and I used to eat there even 2 or 3 times per week. We were away for a while and now we came back to have dinner, but surprise! The menu has been changed, you don't get the same meals as before, the portions seem to be smaller, you can't even get chips instead of rice with a meal, as apparently they can't modify the bill in their system! Everything seems a little bit messed up, the waiter wasn't cooperative much, she just said this is it and we have to accept it...giving the fact that is just a kebap shop in the end, we thought her attitude was a bit harsh, it's not like they have a Michelin star and they are very strict about their menu...the chef even knows my husband, as we were regulars as I said, so apparently they don't care that much about their customers anymore. Such a pity, as we won't go...
