I occasionally visited this shop to buy Sangag bread, traditional Iranian authentic bread. In last few visits I realised the quality has gone from bad to worse, mentioned it to the staff but instead of apologies they treat it as a joke!! My final visit was last Friday 15 March 2019 which I bought two Sangag breads, when I came home and open the pack, to my astonishment I witness the thickness of the bread was 1 mm and was impossible to eat (it gets dried and because of 1mm thickness, please refer to the picture), It went straight to the bin because wasn’t suitable for human consumption. It is very disappointing to see how a bunch of money grabbing individuals who have no regards for the communities serve low quality food just because want to make money!! I have also tried the patisserie in my last visits and I am afraid to inform that the qualities are low, the attitudes of staff and even the owner towards criticism is negative and not acceptable!! I wouldn’t visit this shop again.

Please stay away from this shop, Unfortunately, while I was trying to eat one of the pastry (noon khamei) I felt a sharp thing in my mouth, I took the sweet out of my mouth and found a piece of nail inside of the pastry. I was shocked and feeling sick. I threw up 3 times in the evening after eating the sweet, it was horrible. I took the piece of nail to the shop but unfortunately, the attitude was very rude and only they said we can apologise and I said I don’t accept your apologies and he said it’s not a big crime it was just a nail I cannot do much, sadly they did not act professionally. We ask to speak with the owner about our complaint but the staff said he is not here, he will call you tomorrow, but he didn’t.

I went there yesterday for the third time with my friend. Dealing is a bit unbalanced, depends on whether you buy something or not! I bought bread yesterday, unfortunately the staff touch the bread without using gloves after handling money and other items and despite our warning; One of them said "I just washed my hands!" The music in this shop was too loud for no reason; so that one of the sellers did not notice the difference between my order and my friend's; While we were their only customers. I ate four of the cookies I bought. Half of them were old. I tried the cookies in the box, exactly half of them were mixed with old cookies. While the seller told me; cookies belong today!

Usually they are good however they have completely messed the twisting of my cake and how the the icing on the edges should have been I asked for a very simply cake and and they agreed and took it on. Not only it wasn’t ready when my family member (wasn’t even feeling well) went to pick it up and they were late to hand over the cake on a hot day aswell but they still didn’t fix it properly when they apparently tried to fix the don’t and they didn’t even fix the icing on the cake for the edges it looked nothing like the picture and the description I had asked them for. They were kind on the phone but didn’t fix my problem. My guests were left for hrs without a cake on my 21st birthday and it was absolutely embarrassing coming from an iranian cake shop when they know abt the culture aswell and how rude the principle is. Will be coming to get my money back or sort something after my birthday. This left me completely stressed and absolutely sobbing on one of my most important days. IF YOU CAN NOT DELIVER SOMETHING PROPERLY PLEASE...

I ore-ordered 2 birthday banana and walnut cakes for 2 separate days. I picked up the first cake on a Saturday. 4 hours after pick up we decided to cut and eat it. The cake was all frozen on the inside, everyone thought it was an ice-cream cake.

I went to pick up the second cake the next day. I informed the lady working there about the frozen cake from the day before and she was questioning me.. as if it's hard to know when something is frozen. She insisted everything is fresh, although it's hard to believe how a frozen cake can be fresh.

The second cake wasn't much better; this time the inside of the cake was all gooey and black (the banana had turned colour) it looked really bad.

For £30 a cake you would expect much better! Total of £60 thrown down the drain. Not buying cake from...
