Falafel Bar Finchley — Restaurant in London

Does exactly what it says on the tin;- It's a fast food restaurant... serving falafel 🥙...in the style of a bar...in Finchley. Need I say more...Yes I need say more. In fact the falafel is what I need more of! Pick your falafel (I went spicy 🌶)... then pick your wrap... (I went wholemeal pitta 🌯) and then help yourself and delve into the delights of the salad bar. Hummus, tahini, pickles, cucumber, tabouleh, tomato, cabbage, jalapeños, sweetcorn, onion, beans, lettuce... I'm just listing vegetables now 🥒. Now for the saucy bit. The sauce. Don't succumb to the standard counter sauces, oh no, stand your ground and ask for the extra spicy god sauce kept secret for the VIP's in the know. It was brought up to me from behind the counter like I was buying a lethal weapon. Turns out I was! Burnt as much on the way in as on the way out 🔥 Awesome falafel 👏🏽

I am a vegetarian who absolutely loves food. I tried this place for the first time ever today. The falafel in the pitta had a good taste to it, however the only major downside is you have to wait ages to be served as there are not enough staff to keep up with the demand of orders, a group for three of us arrived at about 12.30 and it took about 45 mins to serve us which is totally unacceptable by my standards. Also there were a number of people who ordered on the phone who were disappointed when they arrived to find there order wasn't ready. This place really needs to improve the...

So I actually ended up throwing away the majority of my food after visiting Falafel Bar. The workers used their bare hands to make my wrap... one was literally using their phone, put it down, dove his hands into the salad and spread it all over the wrap. The other worker used his hands to spread the falafel and halloumi over the wrap. I am shocked, because this is basic hygiene, it is not difficult to wear gloves, use antibacterial before handling food or use tongs to handle food. I was so grossed out by this, I ended up throwing the wrap out after one bite. The flavour was very...
