Dolce Napoli — Restaurant in London

Absolutely love this gem of a place in the heart of NW11. My go-to haunt for breakfast and lunch whenever I'm in London, it's a small, welcoming and incredibly friendly atmosphere filled with regulars on a daily basis. It's truly a place where "everyone knows your name", as they used to sing on "Cheers". Owner Jimmy is the most welcoming host you could find, and Chef Dey - with experience in the kitchens of Venice and Central London - is just bloody fantastic. Go for the full English fry-ups in the morning, stay for the Aubergine Penne Arrabiata at lunchtime, or wonderful chicken Cotletta paninis. This is a place the truly cares about quality: wonderful croissants in the morning, fresh mozzarella, and always something new and fabulous in the dessert case (don't miss the Tiramisu if it's available). And...the best coffee for miles. Run, do not walk, to try...

Really tasty, freshly cooked, reasonably priced Italian food and great service too. The owner knew everyone's names that came in, I think we would be regulars too if we lived nearby. We tried the arancini, melanzane parmigiana, and tagliatelle with meatballs. Ate in, they have a few tables inside and outside. Also do takeaway. Will definitely go back next time we are in London as we always stay...
