Absolutely love this gem of a place in the heart of NW11. My go-to haunt for breakfast and lunch whenever I'm in London, it's a small, welcoming and incredibly friendly atmosphere filled with regulars on a daily basis. It's truly a place where "everyone knows your name", as they used to sing on "Cheers". Owner Jimmy is the most welcoming host you could find, and Chef Dey - with experience in the kitchens of Venice and Central London - is just bloody fantastic. Go for the full English fry-ups in the morning, stay for the Aubergine Penne Arrabiata at lunchtime, or wonderful chicken Cotletta paninis. This is a place the truly cares about quality: wonderful croissants in the morning, fresh mozzarella, and always something new and fabulous in the dessert case (don't miss the Tiramisu if it's available). And...the best coffee for miles. Run, do not walk, to try...
