My disappointment regarding a recent experience with Bexley Domino’s, which left me frustrated and dissatisfied as a loyal customer of over 20 years.
While placing an order through the Domino’s app, I selected what I believed to be the Bexleyheath store, based on my location. However, after placing the order and traveling to the Bexleyheath store for collection, I was told that the order was placed at a different branch in the city. This was quite confusing, as I had used the app with my location turned on.
I then called the Bexley store to request a refund, explaining that I was not near the other store, but the staff refused to issue one. The conversation was not handled politely, which made the situation even more frustrating.
Eventually, I placed another order from the correct Bexleyheath store and traveled 15–20 minutes again to collect it. This time make matter even worsen, the quality of the pizza I received was extremely poor, there were hardly any toppings(no toppings), and it did not meet the usual standards we expect from Domino’s.
I am very disappointed with this entire experience. As long-term loyal customers, we expect better service and better food quality. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and take appropriate action to ensure such issues are not...
Read moreFor the last four years I have ordered by phone as I'm dairy intolerant and can't have cheese on my pizza. Today after three attempts to order by phone, the phone was finally answered and I was told they no longer accept phone orders and to order online.
I attempted to order online but it does not allow me to remove cheese.
I went into the shop and explained my issue to the manager who stated I should order online and then call to tell them no cheese. I stated that was difficult when they don't answer the phone. The manager was unhelpful and unsympathetic.
The manager told me I could remove cheese online and didn't believe me that you couldn't until I showed him.

The management was not prepared to compensate me other than offer a free drink next time (what next time!). Delivery driver turned up 3.20PM. Declined him at the door - so much was my disappointment.
