The worst customer service I've ever come across from any company. My housemate rang Dominos at 5.20pm to order a pizza for 7.00pm last night. By 7.40pm, the pizza was a no-show. When calling to find where our order was, we were told that the order had gone out for delivery and was delivered. A number of phonecalls later and it transpired that the delivery person had called my housemates phone, which was on silent, however had not rang a doorbell or banged loudly on a door. Extremely frustrating as at the time he called her phone, at least two of us in the house were downstairs and only a few feet from the main door.
If we'd known what the rest of the night was going to entail, we would have cancelled the order then and there on the spot and asked for a refund. It was agreed around 8.20pm by phone with the Dominos rep that the pizzas would be remade and delivered to us. Lo and behold, an hour and a bit later and no sign of the pizza. Bear in mind we'd called a few times for updates and were told that at one point that the delivery had gone out 10 minutes ago. So there we sat waiting for a delivery which, never arrived. We called again, around 10.15pm and had to go through the whole order again on the phone and tell the rep that the order had already been paid for. Yet again, we were promised that the pizzas would definitely be with us in 20 minutes. By this stage, we were rather disgusted with the customer service and decided to put another order for a local pizza place, which promptly delivered our pizzas around 10.50. We didn't believe that Domino's would deliver the pizzas after the story we had been spun. By the time the Dominos order rocked up (a full 1 hour late since the last contact and 3.15 hours late than the original requested order time), we'd already finished our other pizzas.
Genuinely appaled by the lack of updates and being blatantly lied to on the phone with regards to the remade pizzas already going out for delivery, when they clearly never did. Domino's Catford seriously need to learn the meaning of professionalism. Next time, I'll be ordering from my local...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI got back from Australia ordered a pizza at 00:29 pizza was dispatched half an hour later I tracked the driver as my young family were starving my pizza went to 5 different deliveries and each time went back to store before being delivered to me pizza arrived at 02:04 stone cold and potato wedges were still frozen everything was inedible I called to cancel order no one answers the phone I spoke to the manager (Atif) about a refund he says have to wait 5 days for it to go though accounts I've waited over a week and a half I complained to customer services and a manager called Harry bains contacts me saying he has spoken to store to arrange a refund and sent me a code for a free large pizza the code was invalid and still after 10 days no refund and no response from either manager I've been calling the catford store since it opened at 11am today 17 calls in a row and STILL NO ANSWER! The food and staff are atrocious I will never be using this store again and I suggest it be closed as a franchise for good as it makes dominoes look awful as a company who clearly doesn't value their loyal customers i rate this experience 0...

How long does it take to make a pizza?? 1 hour and 40 minutes and counting. Oh my God. Why have I made the mistake of ordering from them again? It was over an hour wait last time and they didn't have my gluten free base last time and gave me a normal base but then wouldn't give me the 2 for 1 offer. Somebody shoot me if I forget how utterly rubbish this place is and accidentally order from them again.
Update: 2 hours and 20 minutes after ordering our cold, over cooked pizzas and wedges arrive. Our chicken wings are not ready yet so the driver has to go back and get them. Instead we have some dough balls which we didn't order. I call the store, finally they pick up. I ask for a refund and they agree to giving one but they won't ring it through and confirm it there and then, I have to call back in 7-8 working days to check if it has gone through! They won't give me the manager's name, and they won't give me an email address for customer service. I am told to look on the website for the head office email address. OH MY GOD!!!
