KFC Catford - Rushey Green — Restaurant in London

Pretty awful and disappointing. Finished a long day of work and house viewings, finally stopped to grab a quick bite to eat and the two young female staff have just been awful, ignoring me as I said thanks for my food and instead giggling to each other while looking at the bag of food they handed me. This continued the entire time I sat here eating with one of the girls constantly looking at me laughing to her colleague, which has turned me off my food completely and I definitely will not return to this KFC again. Pretty shocked at this type of service to be honest, didn't expect it and I assume these girls are just entertaining themselves in a job they hate but to make a customer uncomfortable and even to question if they have done something funny to the food just for their entertainment is pretty disgusting. I know if it was my establishment I would not want them working for me. I understand now why the place is busy for Uber deliveries but very few people actually in here. Horrible customer service with bad attitudes. Usually I would clear my table after myself but tonight I won't bother. I hope this review encourages them to be more pleasant and respectful in future! My Recent KFC Visit: A Solid Thumbs Up! Just popped into KFC in catford earlier today, and I have to say, it was a really pleasant experience. Sometimes you just crave that classic fried chicken, and this visit definitely hit the spot. First off, the service was genuinely good. The person at the counter was friendly and efficient, got my order spot on, and even had a smile for everyone. It makes a real difference when the staff seem like they enjoy what they're doing. And the chicken? Spot on! I went for the classic Original Recipe, and it was exactly how I remembered – that signature flavour, crispy skin, and tender, juicy meat. It wasn't greasy at all, which is always a plus. The fries were also fresh and hot, and the whole meal was just really satisfying. The restaurant itself was clean and tidy, which always makes for a more enjoyable experience. Overall, it was a solid and enjoyable fast-food meal. Reasonably requested the staff talk to myself and other members of the public, to explain why we are waiting. I wasnt rude, i didnt shout, i simply asked the staff member closest to me to talk to me and say what i am waiting on so that i have a clearer understanding of what is going on.

The staff member looked me in the eyes and ignored me. Walking around the desk to the chip fryer and speakong amongst her colleagues, 8 minutes later, i get a rude woman spout "you are waiting. End of".

A second worker then takes her position up at the front and hands me the wrong food. When i questioned her on if this was actually my order, she opened the lid. And then replaced it with food prepared on a different tray for a different customer. Like cross contamination rules in the kitchen arent important. Specially as the other customer was sitting right next to me watching the engagement.

To top it all off the woman didnt apologise or offer any form of dialogue for her actions. But simply decided to move on and ignore...
