Underwhelmed and substandard..
So being unsure of where and what to eat, we thought we would stick with a good old reliable Domino's... how wrong were we...
As we struggled to find anywhere with a 5* Food Hygiene Rating, we settled for here with a 4*..
We walked in and ordered off the app, staff were ok, the place had no other orders. We watched the pizza being made and could see one man washing his hands often, but not the other two, who were emptying bins and cleaning as well as touching food.
Our pizza didn't take long and we were excited to get back to eat it after a long day. Our Twisted Pepperoni Doughballs were dry and overcooked, our Pizza had a strange taste and was not very nice. (A sin, we ended up having to throw it away) the Cookie's were the best of our takeaway, and they were not great.
Overall a waste of money, an unpleasant taste and far below the standards and expectations of Domino's Pizza. We would avoid like the plague if back...

I called to the restaurant to try to solve it and instead of being helpful and leave a satisfied costumer and a good image of the business they work for, the person I talked with, was rude and gave their unsolicited (religious) opinion about my order (they said that even if there was no bacon, the beef and chicken are not halal), information I never asked for, I just wanted my request followed (no bacon/no pork).
We’ll end up having a refund from Just Eat with the evidence, but it’s not good for the business when your rude employees are not able to solve costumer problems and as a bonus they chase away all your potential costumers from a whole...

Pizza came after an hour, the sides were wrong and the pizza was burnt. I called them to complain, they said they'd send a replacement pizza and the correct sides but it would take another 45 minutes. The replacement pizza was still burnt.
Complained via twitter and told me to contact customer service. Took them 2 weeks to get back in touch. Said they'd make sure it never happens again, but judging by the reviews it will happen again and again. They told me I could have a complimentary pizza but I would have to ring the store itself to order so they would know who I am. But after reading the reviews I'd be worried what they would do to the pizza just to spite me.
Very disappointing. Will not be using my complimentary pizza...
