Domino's Pizza - London - Woodford Green — Restaurant in London

I placed my order online as expected. I then waited 45 minutes whilst checking the tracker. I then noticed that my pizza was getting further and further away. At which point? I noticed five missed calls from an unknown number. As I searched it on Google, I figured out that it was Domino's pizza. I then called the number back for it to not connect. So I googled the actual telephone number for this branch of Domino's pizza. I called the number and was met with abrupt energy and terrible customer service. I was told that the delivery driver had reached my apartment building and buzzed my flat. However, that was not true. The person on the phone then told me that he could not see flat 25 and could only see flats 23. To which I queried how was he able to ring flat's 25 if he could only see flat's 23's buzzer. It turns out that the delivery driver was not at my building at all. And I was being lied to and gaslit. The person on the phone told me that he would send the delivery driver back to my apartment. I had to wait on the street in order to receive my order because allegedly the driver could not find my building front door even though it is clearly labelled with big letters on the door. Upon receiving my order I then realised that my order was one: incorrect and two: cold. I had to call this branch of Domino's a total of nine times before they picked up the phone. Again. I was met with abrupt energy even though I was telling them that the order they had sent me was incorrect. Eventually I was offered a replacement. Pizza. Said replacement pizza took a total of 51 minutes to be delivered. I am utterly disgusted with this level of customer service. Or should I say...

Dominos always maintains its quality at high level all the time. The pizza is never plastic feeling or burned or uncooked. Always the best taste even though when we try new things newly released dominos pizzas always tastes good and we order them as soon as they advertised. Dominos is the best best best best best best best best best BEST BEST BEST BEST BEST BESt BEST BEST (unlimited best’s conitinious…) pizza ever in the galaxy !!!! I love dominos will always want to eat from you ! Always will continue to suggest you to friends and family as I always been. The staff always priorities their roles and responsibilities in bringing us the best tasty warm food quality pizza and they always read the driver instructions(sometimes we write notes such as e.g press the bell 3 times and also knock the door) and they do that everytime so we can hear it and open the door for beautifully presented warm tasty pizza.

Really disappointed!!!! I've ordered the pizza around 5.15-5.20 pm with delivery for 6.15 pm and paid for it. At 6.25 pm I called to see what has happened ,am I getting my pizza? The person on the phone was really nice ... all he was saying was " pizza on it's way " can't give you time . At 6.55 pm I called again and spoke with a female which was really rude,unprofesional and not polite . I tried to say Its been more than 1.30 hours since I've ordered and I want my money back. To my surprise I was told I can't have a refund . As i was talking to her on the phone the bell rung and finaly pizza arrived.....cold ...tasteless .... So how can I be happy when I paid £16.64 for a cold pizza? Cold garlic bread and cold wedges? I would never recommend a place like that not even to my worst...
