Frozen Raspberry £25 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Another new lounge this time in Leytonstone. From the outside it looked like a small cafe which it is, until you walk through the sliding glass doors and you see such a beautiful, clean, nicely decorated lounge which has been open for only 2 months. Looked at the menu and was slightly disappointed with the lack of flavour list mainly al fakher and a few frozen flavours. Ordered frozen raspberry and it came within 5 minutes in a beautiful glass @hitechclub_hookah butterfly hookah with LED lights. The shisha came with a frozen pipe and after the first pull I was blown away. The smoke is just perfect full of flavour and massive thick clouds, I have never seen this much smoke from 2 pieces of coal. The service was exceptional the staff were very attentive, always made sure the shisha was perfect. Even when it got harsh they sorted it regularly tapping coals. We sat in a hanging swing chair which made the experience more nice and relaxing. Lounge has plenty of seats to accommodate couples as well as large groups. Vibe was nice and mellow, plenty of screens showing sports and Arabian music. Parking free after 5pm just outside the station and both cash and cards accepted. I went for some drinks with 3 of my friends yesterday and the place was nice, we had an amazing waiter Anduela she is super lovely and made us feel comfortable and welcome, but if it wasn't for her we probably would have left as the manager was super aggressive he came over and told us that we where being loud even though the table of men next to us where even Lauder who he seemed to know. While that would have been fine, I was very shocked at how rude he was about it and how he smacked his hand on the table that we where sitting on while giving us the warning! I wasn't drinking that night so I could definitely tell that the gils were just being girls and chit chatting as you would when you go to a bar, so this was a first off for us. Other than that it is super cheap and if they would have a world with the manager about handling clients In a professional manner then it would be a nice place as other staff seemed...

I have been there with friends and we ordered a bottle of Prosecco and one shisha and instead they bring a bottle of Moët not Prosecco . We didn’t realise this until we pay the note! So they bring on the table something we didn’t order! When I ask for an explication they have said I have ordered that ! A bottle of Prosecco was 40£, Moët 150 and shisha 25£ ! I paid 160 only !
