Faircross Fish Bar — Restaurant in London

I ordered today for the first time from Faircross Fish Bar. DISAPPOINTED with the food TO SAY THE LEAST. I was surprised that they actually don't cook with SALT. It's one thing sprinkling salt over your food as you do, but to taste that the main food the Cod was not prepared or seasoned in it was not nice. The chilli sauce exactly the same. There is a totally different taste when food not seasoned in salt whilst its being cooked. Adding salt after ruins the taste altogether. The chips were a bit raw. I would not order from here again. Further more I have tasted better fish and chips. I would NOT order...

3 times now they have forgotten fish from our Uber eats delivery. Last time I had to order a can of coke for them to deliver it and claim back the cost of the delivery. This time I called and was told it wasn’t their fault as the cars weren’t their’s. When I said well it wasn’t the drivers fault that the order wasn’t complete and asked what they were going to do about it he hung up on me. The food we “did” get was over cooked, the sausage in batter looked like it had been sitting around for a week and the chips tasted like they had been cooked in stale oil.
