I booked the retreat in Cae Mabon led by Agnieska, partly on impulse and was not sure what to expect.

I have been to other retreats in South America as I have been on a journey of healing and self exploration for the last 2 years, Following a very challenging period in my life.

I was curious about Amanita as I did not have previous experience.

I can say wonderful things about Cae Mabon, most of which have been mentioned on other reviews.

For me, Agnieska elevated the entire experience to a level i was just not prepared for. Her knowledge, passion, dedication and enthusiasm are absolutely infectious. She has an incredible amount of knowledge and the ability to distill it in a few relevant sentences. There were over 20 people there and the individual attention she afforded each one of us is unbelievable.

Her personality and approach match the essence of Amanita perfectly. Both are gentle, calming, reassuring and very wise, but the depth of healing I experienced is beyond anything i have experienced in numerous ayahuaska, San Pedro and psylosybin mushroom retreats. I honestly left bewildered at how effective the experience was and how safe she made the space feel. I came back and straightaway broke through barriers that have been holding me back for a long time.
