I've been a regular at the Big Friendly Coffee Shop since the beginning of the pandemic, and I can't praise this family-run business enough. I used to love that cafe in the past but whoever runs that place right now is heading towards failure! They got a very unsafe bouncy castle and some puppies that require tokens and are absolute rip off.!!! The play area used to be nice and clean . Now the toys there look like not been cleaned for at least a year.. the whole place is filthy . Floor covered in sand even in the early hours.. Tables are always dirty while the ladies that are supposed to work there are sitting down chatting . If you ask to use the toilet as a client they don't let you use it and literally shout at you how people don't know how to use toilet and they are sick of cleaning it all the time ... I forgot my expensive sunglasses at the counter while paying , took the drinks to the table , then realised and went back, but the glasses were gone, they refused...

OMG, the best place for a birthday party my son ariya love it,, children enjoy a lot, no worry about rain, they provide every thing, fruit pizza drink Trampling for children very friendly staff best and respect owner, we dance we sing they have Piano to sing and play happy birthday, even you not worry what children will do, they have toys book even play grand, children love it and price believes or not cheaper than everywhere because they also a parent and cheaper than another coffee shop as I ask, and everything fresh for Muslim can have halal pizza, for non-muslim whatever you ask they provide for us, we love it and I will do more birthday in this coffee shop.
