It used to be one of the best fried chicken, but unfortunately, its quality has become awful recently. The last time I ordered food I received unbelievably poor quality food. The fried chicken didn’t have proper crunchy coating at all, the coating was as thin as paper which didn’t cover the whole areas of the chicken. Therefore, the chicken was not like a fried chicken, and it was like oily roast chicken which was awful and disappointing. The fries were so soggy and undercooked as well which wasn’t edible at all and I threw them away. By far the worst fried chicken I have ever had, if I can name it fried chicken. Food was ok for the price. But staff tried to overcharge my daughter and not give her the receipt. Called in and said it was a mistake. Well. I am pretty sure it was not a mistake. And they are just trying to cover up what happened. They tried to redeem them selves and gave my refund and 10 pcs chicken wings. To all those who will buy at this branch. Just be careful in paying. If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is an absolute disgrace. I was served raw chicken – not undercooked, raw. It was dangerous and frankly shocking that they even thought it was acceptable to bring that out of the kitchen.

To make things worse, the milkshake I ordered tasted like it had been made with spoiled milk. Sour, unpleasant, and completely undrinkable.

Food safety clearly isn’t a priority here, and neither is customer care. Save yourself the risk of food poisoning and avoid this place...
