Ordered Halloumi fries for starters, came quickly and were really nice and a good sized portion served with sweet chilli sauce on the side. We ordered T-Bone steaks for our mains, unfortunately we were slightly disappointed as we asked for medium rare however they came closer to medium well. The Smokey taste was nice and were a good size, however they were a bit cold and a bit dry; was expecting it to be a bit juicier. I think they should offer a bit more of a variety of sauces to accompany the steaks too.

The sides were also a bit disappointing, the rice was just plain white boiled and the salad was made with no love.

The service was good and the restaurant was modern, warm and comfortable.

I had the pleasure of dining at Primitive with my family, and it was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we walked in, the warm, welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. Been here twice now - last month for my friends birthday and tonight for mine. We're all so glad and lucky that we have this gem in Enfield. Service is great, very friendly and helpful/attentive staff. I love that it's not a huge place too.

I recommend the cassava fries, short rib croquettes, and I know my mates recommend the pork belly (one friend said it was the best he's had in his life! Imagine HUGE, gourmet crackling but more succulent and meaty.) Also the fresh juices with actual Tropical fruits native to Brasil was a pleasant surprise :)
