Favorite Chicken & Ribs North Cheam — Restaurant in London

I usually always eat from here once a week, whenever I usually go, there’s an South Asian man who serves me with good manners and quick speed while delivering good food. Today I visited the establishment and was served by a young South Asian and elder man, I ordered a few items and sat down to wait. The lady took 3 orders and had served them customers their food, yet I was still waiting. In the end I got my food after 15 mins, the wrap was poorly made and barely held together, also when u went to check my food bag in the car, I found that they’d left out my chips, mistakes can always happen of course but when I went back into the shop, the young lady looked at her colleague and said something, then decided to scoop up the 10 cold chips left in the fryer basket, put them in a bag and try to hand it to me. I left the chips on the counter and walked out. Genuinely I can’t think of a time I’ve had worse customer service in any shop than today. This chicken shop favorite specially the one in north cheam is hands down the best in a 20-mile radius! I've been coming here regularly for the past couple of years, and it never disappoints. Last weekend, I brought a friend who was visiting from out of town, and we had the most amazing experience. We ordered a couple of fried chicken meals, and as always, the chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside. But what really takes it to the next level? The chips! I can honestly say these are the best chips I've had anywhere around here— perfectly seasoned, golden, and always fresh. What made this visit special was the friendly service. I am 100% certain alot of these reviews are fake/paid for/ or family members od the shop. Ive lived in north cheam for 2 years and this shop has never changed. Stale dry chicken wings literally as you bite it all the skin just falls off in flakes. The chicken pieces are not good, tasteless and usually bruised inside and just like the wings, very dry. The only reason i go here is because the chips are good as they are cooked fresh. Shops know theyre daily intake roughly and cook to suit, this shop clearly doesnt care as they mass cook everything and just sell it throughout the day.
