Favorite Chicken Kingston — Restaurant in London

I have been ordering from this place for quite a while and everything was perfect until last night I ordered through Uber eats because I am too ill to go there myself and the delivery was supposed to be under 10 minutes because I am literally 100 yards away, it took them over an hour and when I called them the guy was abrupt and said that I am waiting for a delivery of wings!! I asked him to send what he has and cancel the wings but he said that he can't and he is busy and hung up.... The food came way after dinner was finished and Uber said that they would charge me £16 to cancel the order. (Bunch of thieves) A mafia working under "terms and conditions". Today my son wanted chicken and I dropped him off to get food and paid £30 and the food also arrived soggy. The chicken was not crispy at all and the fries were also undercooked. They must have either a new employee or new owner because they were a lot better. I don't usually write bad reviews unless they really deserve it as I have some reviews with around 1...

I went in today. There was 1 young guy and two older gentlemen. One of the older men took my order he had no uniform on. Then he was really loud and unprofessional by slamming my change down on the counter and walking away wile singing something out loud. He then took his mask of then started doing his hair in the fridge mirror and then gave me my drink without washing his hands. Unbelievable . Then to top it of I wasn’t given my wings as part of the meal because he wasn’t paying attention. Food awful undercooked and very very very cold. Please never come here gave my daughter tapeworms from the abruptly appalling wings. So expensive for food poising. I now have horrible food poising and spent 4 days in hospital. Please on gods green earth never come here unless you want to be in abnormal pain. The man behind the counter was super rude and when I came back to complain they said to me that I'm a moron and my chicken was cooked. Never coming back and hygiene is disgusting. Mold is growing on celling and deep fryer when I came back and tables extremely unclean. Never again will I return. Disaster...
