Fireaway Pizza Wimbledon — Restaurant in London

I had a very disappointing experience with Fireway Pizza Wimbledon. The pizza I received was completely burnt, and when I raised a complaint, I was initially ignored. Instead of acknowledging their mistake or offering an apology, they blamed me for the issue.

What made things worse was the rude attitude of one of the staff members—an older gentleman—who spoke to us in a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner. It's extremely frustrating to pay for food and get poor quality and even poorer customer service in return.

Good crust flavor but everything else was poor. The pizza was undercooked and chicken tenders were too processed and wings were over cooked. Delivery driver either dropped or transported pizzas tipped sideways. Pizza had all slid to one side and congealed into the cardboard. I called immediately upon opening the boxes and was chastised for using Just Eats instead of their in-house delivery. WHAT?! Ordered on Uber eats as there was a cheeky Tuesday deal and got it for £10. I Got a build your own 12 inch with tandoori chicken, Mozarella and chillies on top. The pizza is nice and the chicken was fresh but the tomato sauce wasn't too great and I think for the price the pizza could be 14inches to make it value for money.
