Pizza Go Go Wimbledon — Restaurant in London

I ordered via just eat. I waited around 55 minutes to receive a notification saying enjoy your food which had not been delivered. When I called the branch in Wimbledon to query this, I was met with the most disrespect that I have ever experienced on the phone.

The gentleman was so rude, he started shouting on the phone accusing me of giving his the driver the wrong address and contact number. Despite explaining to him I wouldn't order £18 worth of food to a random address, all I am concerned is the whereabout of my food.

After arguing for about 7 mins on the phone, he decided to resend his drivers and then cut the phone off abruptly.

When the food arrived, not only was it cold, but the pizza was an absolute joke. No taste whatsoever. The wings were the only thing that was good and they weren't even good.

When the driver arrived, he also had the cheek to accuse me of giving him the wrong number. He said when he called me it never rang. So i asked him how did i manage to call you back if i gave you the wrong number ???

Long story short this particular establishment is not worth the leaflets they post through...

Ordered 1 veg hot pizza, 1 potato wedges, 1 garlic pizza bread. We recieved the 2 side orders, but a pepperoni pizza. Called the restaurant, explained myself and my daughter are vegetarian so we could not eat the pizza. They were very kind and said they would send out the correct pizza. Well after 45 mins we were still waiting. I called the restaurant and they said the driver had just left and they were very busy, but then said they would send a can of drink as an apology. Pizza and drink turned up 10 mins later. Haven't quite worked out how they sent the drink with the driver that had just left but there you go. Disappointed the order was wrong in the first place, and that I was basically lied too about the replacement. But the pizza we ordered is delicious, just a shame that we have waited so long for it.

On another note, I have reported 3 reviews on this place that are all using the same clearly professional photographs, as a conflict of interest. Clearly these 3 people are employees...

I decided to add opinions that with photos because trying to talk to the "manager" did not bring a solution. I ordered 2 pizzas in the evening before closing time. one for me, the other for my fiancée. mine was ok. Due to the fact that the fiancée works on the night shift, she started to eat hers in the morning and found what is shown in the photos. when I came back from work and found out about it, I called the premises to talk to the manager. in broken English I heard that I could call yesterday or this morning, except that I asked for a contact to whom I could send the photos included in the review as proof of what I got in the order. I heard in response to a call tomorrow night and on his part whatsover to the product shown in the picture with the addition of which neither I did not order ...
