I am absolutely impressed with this restaurant. The Momos has been a complete transformation from the previous restaurant at the same place. I can happily rate 5* for my overall experience. Food taste great, received on time and the service provided was outstanding. I would like to recommend this restaurant as a best local takeaway indian restaurant.

TEN OUT OF TEN! Mighty delicious rice and stews. It was traditional tasting so mighty more delicious than other restaurants that I have tried before! I will be a regular customer for certain!

Excellent food and even better service! I only ordered biriyani but they gave me so much more food. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend this new place highly enough. We just ordered our first takeaway last night and were blown away. The Vindaloo was fantastic, with just the right use of spices and flavours without simply blowing your head off with the use of chillies. The aubergine side dish was freshly cooked, soft and silky using perfectly balanced spices and herbs. Finger food size Pakoras with a thick minted yoghurt (not the usual watery soup we normally get from other takeaways) and The Lamb Saag Gost - mmmmm! you would have to travel far and wide to find something that even comes close to it. Their menu flyer is now firmly in place on our fridge door and I cannot imagine ordering from anywhere else.

Their website claim of "The Best Food in London" was a bold statement, and it was that which caught my eye. Certainly a brave claim to live up to ... but they certainly did, and more!

We've been desperate to find a replacement for our two favourite curry restaurants. Owned by the same family for as long as I have been living here (almost 40 years), they were demolished to make way for the hugely unwelcome Travelodge complex in Wimbledon town centre. We have tried many local deliveries over the past 3 or 4 years, but not found a single one we really love. Most are poor quality, swimming in watery sauces with tough meat and too much oil.

The Momos will do well and I have today posted a recommendation on my street WhatsApp group and everyone is keen to find out more.

The Momos: Good luck to you and please, PLEASE keep those standards up! The free popadoms were a nice...

This used to be my favourite take out place but sadly it’s the second time the food was far from enjoyable. It lacked flavour and now I’m having stomach pain. My go-to chickpea veg starter curry is no longer as well flavoured as it used to be, it was very bland so were the samosas.

The saffron rice barely had any taste of saffron. Not sure if you have a new chef, or just decided to go down on quality (which is the case with many restaurants - so we are eating in a lot more these days) but it was far from enjoyable. I will probably not order again as it’s frustrating when you are hungry, order a take away because there hasn’t been enough time in the week to cook and then the food isn’t great. We are now considering options to meal prep and freeze as way too many times we have been taken for a ride by restaurants who have promised us great food and it has given us stomach upset or food that...

I don’t normally like to leave bad reviews and I so wanted to love the food but that was sadly not my experience. I went for the place with the highest rates in this area, thinking it must be great… however I am suspicious about how they got that high… However nice and friendly the service was, the food on the other hand was not! Been sitting on my stomach all night with terrible feelings and incredibly thirsty. Which makes me suspect the use of unhealthy additives, perhaps loads of MSG? And taste-wise really poor! Let’s say I would have found a Sainsbury’s biriyani more satisfying… and a hell of a lot cheaper. For the amount of money paid I would have a least expected something decent and tasting better. Sorry guys, I value my health and won’t...
