Nothing against the guys working and bringing food… but I work in a clinical setting for the NHS in a couple of hospitals and as a shop owner you should take the feedback you receive from the customers more seriously and not personal - any feedback given is a lesson you should learn for improvement. You should see the feedback as a constructive way for improving your services and not try to find excuse and blame people for their opinion. However, You seriously should improve the hygiene in your shop…. The guys working should be wearing nets on their head, not keep touching their face and telephones and then the food… have you considered single use gloves for your team? You may have received the 5 stars from those ordering in the app; the pictures are beautiful! Marketing is good…. but I wonder what would the people visiting your shop think. Order for delivery as such no idea on atmosphere so gave middle for that.

Food arrived hot, all of it chips were cooked to order, yes they were not as crisp but they had to be delivered so you can forgive that, i got the garlic ones again strong but not overpowering garlic flavour which is good, overall a solid fry.

Got the half pounder and it was buy one get one free, firstly the burger, its big, packed and has a quality bun, nicely toasted as well. Yes the meat is cheap fairground style, but you know what thats what the picture showed thats what I thought I was getting and it was banging for what it was.

Overall, yer good grub, honestly dont expect the gourmet, you are not getting that here, but well cooked take away food, cant fault it.

Wings were mid. I ordered the extra hot and my brother who finds mayonnaise spicy devoured them without a sniffle. I can assure you that this devouring was not due to irresistible flavour but instead that he was merely exceptionally hungry. The wings themselves were sad and wet, slimey like moss near a lake. Flavour was lacking and the meat was tough and elastic, like that rubbery calamari you get from the frozen lidl section. The skin was flabby, unseasoned and simply unenjoyabke. The burger was even more depressing, remenicent of one you'd find at a paintballing party. I'd really like everything to be a lot better. The chips were chips so can't comment on anything noteworthy.
