They deserve 0 star but there is not an option to choose.Do not waste your money.Staff are rude and not good service.We had a cake last time even could not eat two slices,the teste was disgusting we had a stomach problem from evening till morning.I called them the day later and said that we were not happy with the cake and had problem than owner reply back that is  okay please bring it back, we will give you a new cake.When I went to the shop the owner was very rude and said that they are not gonna give me a new cake or money back also he put my cake in to a bin.I have never seen this kind of behaviour from any kind of business.If you are not gonna fix your fault why you are saying so.Discussing job and the way running business.Also they did not give the receipt when they selling product.It is going to be more expensive for them when they caught by the government one day.What are you doing pull yourself together.Here...

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. i just went in to buy 2 large cakes at £40, in addition i wanted to buy 3 slices of cake in one box to give to one person and 3 pastries. not only was the server obcenely rude, she said that she had to put all slices in 3 seperate boxes and not in one box. I offered to pay for a slightly larger box to accommodate the slices, however, she was willing to sacrifice the whole sale of £55 for the sake of one box. She called me picky for asking for one box, she started to shout at me in turkish and was talking about me to her cook next to her. this was only 930am in the morning, what's she going to be like by midday! The new waitress is very rude who attempting to dictate about what to eat with an extremely rude attitude someone with a demeanour, without distancing approach disrespectfully and most importantly avoiding eat in customer to use the loo (for hand wash for an eat in service on a lunch break.!
