Tried the jjajangmien(짜장면), seafood jjambbong(해물짬뽕), 쇠고기부추잡채랑 꽃빵, 깐풍기, 탕수육.

Jjajangmien was alright. I had been starving of Korean-Chinese dishes, especially this one, and it satisfied me enough. I had jjajangmien last year summer at Korea and that place was much better, but for a place in the UK, not bad.

Jjambbong was much better, it was appropriately spicy with the hot seafood broth done good. Still, wouldn't call it an outstanding one, but nevertheless satisfying.

쇠고기부추잡채 with 꽃빵 was a good appetizer. It had been ages since I had this kind of dish and it was much better than I anticipated. The chives were cooked and evenly coated with the beef's sauce synergizing well. The steamed buns accompanied the beef and chives well, and they were indeed steaming when served. A recommendable side dish.

깐풍기 was okay, better than the 탕수육 which felt a little too chewy. Both were very average.

Overall, a moderately good Korean-Chinese restaurant, it does its job in being somewhat authentic. The major issue I would mention are the portions compared to the prices. I have lived in the UK in the past and visited this place quite regularly with my family, frankly, the taste has degraded a little with the portions while prices rose. Of course inflation has happend since then, but I still consider the prices a little too excessive. Additionally, I recommend reserving a seat before eating at dinner times as we were unfortunately served at a cramped seat.

If you're Korean living in the UK missing 중식, yeah this place is worth a visit. But if you are just a visiting Korean craving it, I would say it wouldn't be the best choice. For new comers, this place would be a good introduction, but definitely not the best it can...

I have been a regualr customer of this restuarant for couple of years, But I will not be coming back. Waited for food serving for half an hour(Our dishes didn't even come out all together) but I and my friend just understood them as they are always very busy.

However, we found a hair in brown noodle after we ate 1/3. Didn't want to upset the waitress because I'm also working in hospitality so I fully understand how hard treating customers is. I tried to ask very kindly but waitress asked rudely 'So what do you want?' rather than apologising first. We just asked her to get rid of it from our bill. When I made a payment, the waitress said there is no one who has long hair in the kitchen (the hair which I found in brown noodle was middle length of hair). My hair is quite long around breast area and my friend's hair is just short not even middle length. I couldn't catch the waitress' intention, but felt like she was trying to say the hair is from us. I tired to explain we found the hair when we had 1/3 of the dish that means there is no evidence my hair has dropped in the first place and also we even kept the bowl in the middle of the table for sharing. But she just kept saying all kitchen staffs have short hair. At the end of the conversation she finally said 'Sorry' but I already felt like I'm a person who deliebrately put hair to get discount or refund even though the food is...

Nice cozy restaurant, fair price and good customer service.

We had pork scratching with sweet sour sauce, which was like our starters, very very nice. It came with Lettuce with sauce, radish and sauce for radish, and kimichi.

My food was fried rice with some black looking sauce, which was nice however the fried rice tasted quite bland and needed more kick taste. I think some nice chilli spice would be nice. The sauce for the fried rice was quite good because it gave it a unique taste.

My partner had noodles which was spicy, and my food came with the same soup spice in a bow just like hers, it was meant to be fish taste. It tasted very nice, it very spicy but good mixture.

We were given a water bottle which we can use to top up our cup. This was very good because they don't enforce us to buy drinks, we'll respected.

I cannot mention about the price because I didn't pay. Design of the restaurant is actually quite nice and modern, not Malden -_-

The staff customer service were good, nothing wrong. And food came on time, no delay or nonsense. Waiting time was like 15mins which was OK for Friday evening.

Their toilet could use a rework when they have time. But so far, I am happy with this restaurant, will go again if I have...

If you’re looking for a solo dining place, this is it, they have tables facing the window for single diners. I came here to try the black bean noodles, the noodles had a perfect texture, not too soft and the plenty black bean sauce - tasted slightly charred. I’d like there to be more meat, only had small slices very minuscule (there’s a seafood variation of it, so maybe go for that if you want more variety in your toppings). They also gave side dishes of some kimchi and radish for free, cups and water is on the table for you to self serve. You pay at the counter at the end, so just go up to the counter when you’re ready. Already pretty busy when I came even though they just opened. This place gave a family and home cook vibe, brilliant pricing.
