We got there at 8pm and as we were looking for a caribbean restaurant to eat in, we ate in, eventually. Our food, oxtail, rice and peas and steamed fish didn't arrive until after 9pm, and all 3 of us gt our food about 6 - 10 minutes apart. It was so cold as the door closer on the door didn't work and shop is too small to sit out of the draft. They provided us with a fan heater, but that only worked if the door stayed closed. Very friendly service, but very slow, they put that down to it being a busy Sunday night. Food was good and tasty, wish I had more meat on my oxtail.

That chicken was jerked to perfection, smokey, spicey, tender with some burnt ends. The portions were generous, my wrap was chocked full of vegetables and doused in a delicious jerk sauce. Loved that they use paper bags which is good for the environment. Only small issue was the paper bag got so wet it started to disintegrate. Perhaps wax paper might be an alternative

Stewed Chicken With Rice & Peas

Worst take away experience to date. Firstly our order that was meant to arrive at 19.43 didn't turn up until 20.20 which we wasn't too fussed about because the reviews were so good. Spent a while with the driver to check weather our order was right because he wasn't sure if he mixed them up but he was very polite. We opened our meals and thought we hadn't received the mac & cheese and our plantains were so hard and dry like they had been made last week so we rang up to let them know and the lady that answered said the mac and cheese is in there and to check the order next time and totally disregarded the complaint about the plantains. I had a look and realised what looked like a block of plastic cheese was the mac & cheese. (we actually thought it was a cake) The festivals we ordered was so dry and hard we couldn't pull it apart and was tasteless. The chicken tasted like it was marinated in salt and very dry and an odd colour inside we didn't know how long it had been left out. All in all it was a bad experience we will never order from this place again I don't know how it's managed to get 4*+ that's the only reason we thought we would give it a try. Our food and money went to waste because it was inedible other than the strew beef that was ok. I wouldn't normally write a review like this but I'm absolutely disgusted that you can make such bad quality of food...

I was in a part of London I hadn't been to before and was in need of some good food. From a Google search this place stood out and was only a few minutes walk from where I was. I went in and looked at their menu. It was varied but included all the great dishes you expect to find at a Caribbean restaurant. I ordered curry goat, my favourite. It was prepared quickly and was a generous portion. The ingredients were all fresh and it tasted fantastic. A full flavour and excellent aroma. Wish I had bought another one for the day after. It is now firmly in my list of favourites and will return the next time I'm in the area. Although I may have to make up a reason. Definitely...

I ORDERED THROUGH JUST EAT AND DIDNT EVEN RECIEVE MY FOOD. WORST PLACE EVER. ORDER WAS MEANT TO ARRIVE AND 22:25. I RANG AT 23:00 AND THEY SAID IT WAS ON THE WAY. I THEN RANG AT 23:25 ASKING IF THEY'RE GOING TO DELIVER MY FOOD, THEY SAID THEY HAD MY FOOD AND THEIR DRIVER NOW HAS A "FLAT TYRE" AND THE MANAGER WILL RUN IT UP, IT IS NOW 00:00. THEY ARE NOT ANSWERING THEY'RE PHONES AND THEY HAVE STILL NOT DELIVERED MY FOOD. I HAVE PAID FOR THIS AND THE WOMAN ON THE PHONE REPEATEDLY LIED TO ME. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM AGAIN AND WILL BE THERE FIRST THING TOMORROW TO GET MY MONEY BACK. CAN'T EVEN COMMENT ON THE FOOD. UPDATE: DID GET FOOD, BUT ARRIVED AT 00:32 AND WAS THE TOTAL...
