I was on a day trip with my children yesterday and we went into the shop for lunch, as I got in I didn’t receive a friendly vibe from the place. I found the staff extremely rude,, it seems like the lady that served me didn’t want to serve me, she kept giving me dirty look, even when me and my children was sat eating, she kept looking over at me with a awful look on her face. I wouldn’t recommend this particular Greggs to anyone who wants to be in a peaceful...

Staff are rude and unwelcoming. Was standing waiting to be served, staff ignoring the queue forming and continuing their chats. Took over 5 minutes for them to stop chatting and to be served. I wouldn't have minded if they had acknowledge or explained why they weren't serving at that time, but instead they just look at you like you're an inconvenience. Definitely won't be...

Very rude lazy and disrespectful staff basically told me to go away because I was collecting a magic bag from 2good2go which said collect from 3.30pm and the rude girl behind the counter said ITS NOT READY UNTIL 4!!!
