Absolutely appalling service. My wife called the Thamesmead branch to see if they had something in stock as their website said they had it but Uber said they didnāt have it. As this has happened before, we were advised last time to order the substitute but put it in the Uber notes so they can supply the correct one.
My wife asked if he could check to see if they have it and he refused and tried to belittle her saying, āIf itās not available on the app then itās not availableā and that āCostumers always make the mistake thinking we can see the notes but we donāt see themā - which is a bare faced lie as I have ordered from other places on the app writing notes in the comment section which they have seen and adhere to. In fact we have ordered from this same establishment and wrote within the notes and they have seen it but on this occasion this incompetent worker must have not know what he was doing and lost them business.
My wife persisted to ask this lazy PH worker to go check where he then put her on hold cutting her off in the middle of her sentence. He came back saying yes we do have it in stock... where he then said but still if Uber said we donāt have it then we donāt have it... I then told her to forget it because someone like that, you canāt trust to handle your food especially when he canāt handle his emotions. He then tried to get cheeky and thatās where I started to lose my temper but she cut off the phone before I could properly speak to him.

Went down during the game.. missed about 50 minutes due to having to wait for the manager for atleast 15 minutes to try and rectify the issue. He didn't believe me that they done my pizza wrong.. they made me a new pizza this time without cheese but the incompetence off the staff could not read the printed receipt that it was supposed to have bbq sauce and they put tomato instead. I checked the pizza but checked for cheese as that's the most important part.. I didn't see it wasn't bbq sauce and apartently its my fault that I didn't check properly. The refund that was promised to my partner from the manager had not been declined by the HR team.. due to this whole situation being my fault apparently! This is all pizza hut fault and will never order from them again.. nor will my family as this isn't the first time they have messed up.. I'm fed up of there incompetence. And blaming the customer when it's not...
