Nice staff very friendly and well stocked. However I've been in here a few times and my foods always stone cold! So I won't be going back now.

Edit: having had a response from the manager on my original post about my food being cold and told it would be sorted, just gone to get something and guess what...ITS STONE COLD!!! When I asked the guy behind the counter if it was all cold he said...YES!!!

Really lovely people running it and I love the vegan options (though am missing the vegan steak bake!!). If you order a toasted sandwich it's very hot and perfectly cooked. But the stuff in the warming cabinet (sausage rolls etc) is always far too cold and makes those items almost inedible. Could you please raise the temperature of...
