This no-frills Japanese restaurant, run by a husband and wife team, is definitely worth a visit if you're a fan of Japanese cuisine! My partner and I tried a variety of dishes, and while I particularly enjoyed the cooked food like the chicken curry and takoyaki, my partner was a big fan of the sushi. We both agreed that we'll be back to try the yakisoba, which looked delicious. Overall, if you're looking for great Japanese food in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, this restaurant is definitely worth checking out!

Causal sushi and authentic Taiwanese bubble tea were an interesting combination. A good chef's selection of sashimi, nigiri and sushi roll platter. Bubble tea was always a fun addition to a meal. Restaurant could be very smelly, though. The extraction over the kitchen and overall ventilation was very weak and could soak you in curry katsu smell even you were eating sushi. But considering the fair price point, still a solid 5-star review with some qualifications.

Ordered from here a few times with mixed experiences. Chicken katsu don - Tasted like it was prepared fresh but the chicken wasn't crispy and didn't have much flavour. Takoyaki - The dough had a good texture but the dish was completely underseasoned. Prawn tempura roll - It was okay didn't really like the glaze they put on it. Fresh milk with black sugar pearl - Really nice.

UNBELIEVABLE!!

By far the best Japanese food I've had in a while if not ever (outside of Japan at least, but even there, I'd say it's on par with some of the best places!!).

Been in London for 9 years and ate at some fabulous fancy Japanese restaurants...but I think this is the best so far: Everything was cooked or fried to perfection, the ingredients tasted fantastic and fresh, the portion sizes were generous (especially for the very reasonable price, which is a massive bonus for us, as we are very limited with where we can afford to go now that we have a family!). In fact, when the order arrived, we realised that we had ordered way too much and originally planned to save half for lunch tomorrow...but we simply couldn't stop eating as it was too delicious! That hadn't happened in a while, with any cuisine!

Definitely will be back!

This place is exceptional and they fully deserve the very high ratings - cannot recommend them enough!

The only thing I regret is that I didn't...
