Honestly one of the best cafe's I've been to in a long time! The food was fresh and cooked to perfection. The customer service was top quality which always adds to your experience. The green juice we had was soo refreshing and brilliant for a hot day (which it was). The croissants were amazing, especially the one with sugar!!! Definitely going back again!

Extremely lovely little cafe, service was excellent, staff nice and friendly, food was great I had the bacon and cheese omelette with salad and toast and it was fantastic I would say to the staff though there is only one brown sauce and only one ketchup and they don’t have them otherwise great place.

If you’re muslim , vegan , vegetarian do not come here . They only use one grill?even though they advertise vegetarian breakfast .Can’t say it’s vegetarian if you’re using the same grill that you use for pork .Then the owner said oh every restaurant is like that ? From the replies he gives in the reviews just shows how unprofessional he is and quite childish . Anyways don’t put on your board vegetarian breakfast when you know you’re mixing everything and most wouldn’t even know that their food was mixed with pork which is unfair and disrespectful!

I don’t know why i can’t respond to your last comment however it’s not just about it being halal or not YOU advertised it as vegetarian do you not understand what vegetarian is ? People who are vegetarian don’t eat any meat so why would you put on the board vegetarian because you grill it all on the same thing and most vegetarians wouldn’t want meaty oil in their food. Also it’s not about other shops majority of the time i’ve asked other places and they’ve shown me that they use different grills, knives etc for different purposes. Wipe off the vegetarian on your board because clearly all your food is mixed...

Firstly, getting served took so long I was considering getting behind the counter and cooking my omelette/chips myself. Later did I find out that I wish I did this. Once I finally received my food I drove back to work and opened it up & found a monstrosity of a meal inside. Firstly my ham in the omelette wasn't even cut!! there were several giant slices of unsliced ham in it which must of been thrown in straight from the packet.... tasted awful too.!! I asked for mayo on the chips to find out they put salad cream over it instead!. Awful service awful food and way overpriced. Harrys cafe about 25m down the road is a much better option & this meal I had is cheaper there. Would...

Shame they don't know how to make tea correctly.

They put the milk in with the hot water, then add the tea bag afterwards.

Tea needs boiling water to brew.

Bad bad bad! Resulted in flavourless tea. So disappointing.

..................................

Update on 15 September 2024, in response to owner's reply below:

If the milk was added after the boiling water was added onto the tea bag, as you say, then you must first allow the tea to brew, for at least 1 minute say, before adding the milk. Otherwise the tea can't brew properly.

For my tea you added the milk immediately after adding the boiling water, so there was no chance for the tea to brew, and hence...
