Hana Sushi — Restaurant in London

Food is tasty, Im sure of that after tasting. I got delivered via deliveroo was spot on on time. Although, pretty sure ingredients used are fresh for cooking the order, i received in the same bag containing the hot dumpling and the fresh food all together. So the sushi took a little heat and were warm when it arrived at my door, and the freshness of this delicaties seemed gone. It isn't a big deal for me but i have to rate 2 stars for being tasty only, I did enjoyed eating the whole lot, but i was a quite frustrated as, i expected cold sushi's, not warm ones, especially with this very warm weather nowadays. In future, i recommend that you put cold and warm food in separate bags, I know you all trying to save space and all but shouldn't be at the expense of the food quality, it is important with food to have certain standards and those are quite expensive right ? If next time i order again and that i receive spot on fresh sushi separate from my hot meal, i'll be happy to rate 5...

I placed an order online on the 15th July using Paypal, which seemed to go through and the confirmation of payment displayed. I had a call from the restaurant a few minutes later to tell me the payment hadn't gone through and could I either supply the card details over the phone or pay in cash on delivery. I chose to give the card details again over the phone. When the bank statement arrived (it was my visiting friend's card), she noticed she'd been charged twice: once on the 15th via the details given over the phone, and once on the following day via Paypal. When I called the restaurant I was told I must have made a mistake and to check the statement again. I called my friend who checked her statement again which still showed she had been charged twice. So I called the restaurant again with this information - I received an apology and told someone would call me back. Nobody called me back and no refund has been given. I've had the pleasure of dining at Hana Sushi on Seven Sisters Road for almost 8 years, and the experience is worth every star! The staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The sushi itself is exceptional — every roll is beautifully presented and bursting with fresh flavours. The sashimi practically melted in my mouth, and the signature rolls, namely the Hana Dragon, are delicious! You can truly taste the care and attention to detail in every bite.

Beyond the food, the ambience was cosy and authentic, making it a perfect spot for both casual dining and special occasions.
