Good food. However, horrible customer service. I order a lot from them and recently noticed the delivery app it said "delivery unavailable". After noticing it for a while, I decided to call them out of sheer curiosity and loyalty for the food. To my surprise I was treated extremely rudely. The man on the phone told me they don't deliver more than 3 miles and I told him where I lived (literally 20mins walk from their location). He started accusing me of lying. He said "I am not convinced that you've ordered from us before". I told him I had no reason to lie, I enjoyed the food, ordered plently of times, and was curious why they suddenly didn't deliver. He kept accusing me of lying.

This is so disappointing. I have spent hundreds of pounds on that restuarant and consistently tell friends about how they make such tasty food. However, I will not go back to this restuarant after being treated so rudely. It's time to give a chance to other restaurants who deserve it more. If you don't mind being treated rudely by staff despite being a loyal customer, this may be the...

Mekkebi is one of the Korean restaurant you may visit around seven sisters.

Restaurant was amazing, great and light ambiance with unique style of ramen on the wall.

Food was amazing especially the sauces, we loved it. Korean fried chicken was superb and really tasty. Spicy ramen was a bit disappointing since they used udon noodles and not the typical ramen noodles.

If you are in a hurry this restaurant is really fit on you, but if you want to stay a bit and order more that would be a problem since the restaurant I think based on my experience will set an expectation that you can stay and eat for just 75 minutes starting from the time you sat on the table. It’s a bit disappointing since additional order will make you in a rush since there’s a time limit.

Don’t get me wrong 75 minutes from the time you came is a bit short knowing that it is make-to-order type of restaurant.

All in all service was great and satisfying. Would still recommend the restaurant to my friends and family, but not on busy...

Authentic Korean food guaranteed. The Korean chef who has been well-known for his sushi at Hana sushi now shows off his own recipe for famous Korean dishes such as bibimbab, ddukbokki, jjigae and fried chicken! With simple, homely interior with eye catching display of Korean noodles on one side of the wall, you can enjoy all the popular Korean cuisine. Do not miss the spicy Korean fried chicken. If you want something so belly-warming, hearty food, try Bulgogi stew (ddookbulgogi). Love soju or would like to try Korean alcohol? Ask for strawberry-flavoured soju!

Wondering what a mukkebi is? It’s a kind of endearing name for a gobblin that gobbles up their food! When you are in this place, if you love Korean food, you will...

As a Korean, I would never recommend this restaurant. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this time I felt I had to, for the other Koreans and foreigners who are interested in Korean food. It would be really sad if people thought this was the standard for our food. This kimchi stew was the worst I’ve ever had in my life. Even someone making Korean food for the first time wouldn’t make it this bad. This isn’t stew (찌개) it’s more like soup (국). If you were the owner, you would know the difference. And who puts cabbage in kimchi stew????? I took one bite and threw the rest away. It was a complete waste of my time and money.
