Harry's Café — Restaurant in London

It's all very generous and friendly that ever expanding shed that is Harry's cafe. I've been coming for years, I don't think Harry exsits. Some of the ingredients, such as the sausages, can perhaps be a bit on the cheap side but for the most part the food is decent especially if you know what to order. I like to specify that I want the nice fresh fried tomatoes in my breakfast otherwise they'll give me their tinned variety. The is a bit special at Harry's. Nice, gen bread erous, white crusty bread or some pretty decent thick pieces of wholemeal. You get a tea or coffee with every breakfast. You' ll find plenty of healthy lunches if that's you're thing or if you're just fat. It's all pretty generous and friendly, like I keep on saying. I work at the station bang opposite the cafe. I can say the food is not bad at all and the service too but what irritates me is the price varries from day to day. i most often order my 2egg and 2 hash brown sandwich which usually costs me £3.70 and off lately it jumped up to £4 and i i ask for the same sandwich with one egg and one hash brown it is still £3.70.... amazing innit.... often the new staff serves you and more than twice i had them hand me my change back but a pound short.... making it seem like a mistake.... why is it always a pounf short? why not a pound...

Very disappointed as they would not make my order for me. I asked for a cheese and ham omelette in a baguette and even though they sell both omelettes and baguettes they would not make this for me. I asked if i could have a plain baguette and omelette separately but again they refused. I was quite happy to pay the extra but was just blanked. I have made this order in the past so really not sure what has changed. The customer is always right has never been used...
