8.5.2023 - thank you again to all at my favourite Italian restaurant in North London, again my husband and I enjoyed a brilliant late lunch with you yesterday in a warm, cheerful, joyful atmosphere with fabulous food served by helpful, caring people, and prepared with skill in more than generous portions. I am addicted to your whitebait and to the mussels too, they are of such high quality and so tasty. Plus we could watch the Arsenal win on the big screen. What could be better! love Catherine

The whitebait, grilled vegetables with goats cheese, and pasta dishes were delicious, the seafood fresh, juicy and perfectly prepared. I will start by saying I have now confirmed as an Italian living in UK, that locals like eating trash and restaurants will hire a so call ‘chef’ from middle east to cook food they don’t have experience with!

Is the second time ordering from them (just decided to give it a last chance), and the last after receiving unflavoured food (no salt, no pepper no nothing) I’m a chef with over 10 years of experience and this restaurant and the guy they have in their kitchen should feel ASHAMED of scamming people with such bad quality! I called the restaurant to tell them very politely that the food was horrible and in the back I can hear the so called chef after the person on the phone tells them the food wasn’t up to standards saying we sell a lot so I don’t care. I would love to go in person to this restaurant and actually do a real minestrone and a real pollo al limone with REAL FLAVOUR as done in an Italian household so he can learn to cook and be fired! If I could I would have given 0 stars.

Great tastes, great flavours. Unpretentious local neighbourhood Italian pizzeria with flavoursome daily specials and clean tasting (ie not greasy or over seasoned )classics eg escalope milanese, fegato, scoglio seafood pasta and more. Desserts are fresh, tirmisu is light yet full bodied, the best kept secret is dipping sponge fingers in marsala whipped zabaglione. Restaurant can get busy at peak times.... an obvious statement but worth the relatively small waiting times. Oh... yes.. ITALIAN pizzeria in neopolitan style, (NOT to be confused with pizza claiming to be Italian via american style DEEP FROZEN DELIVERY cheese on toast... THESE ARE PROPER HAND ✋🏼 STRETCHED PIZZAS!)
