La Genoise Café — Restaurant in London

I have been to this Exceedingly Excellent 5 Star Award Winning Cafe called La Genoise Cafe lots of times in London. All of the Staff whom all work in Collaboration with each other are all equally as nice as one another in their own way's and they all have Extremely lovely personalities themselves and they have always been Extremely lovely people towards me themselves each time I have been to their Charming and Amazing Cafe in London. I managed to go to La Genoise Cafe on 04/08/2025 and I managed to have Greek Halloumi Salad and the Greek Halloumi Salad was very nice and Beautiful and very tasty indeed. I also managed to have Cappuccino Coffee with Chocolate sprinkled on. The Cappuccino Coffee with Chocolate sprinkled on which I managed to have on 04/08/2025 was very nice and Beautiful indeed. All of the Staff whom managed to work on 04/08/2025 were all Extremely lovely people towards me themselves and they all provided me with very good customer service towards me to the very best of their ability. I would sincerely like to come and enjoy myself at this Exceptionally Beautiful and Charming 5 Star Award Winning Cafe again in the Foreseeable Future which has Exceedingly Excellent Staff indeed. I do not enjoy leave a negative review but in this case I have to because is unacceptable to sell a food unless is fresh and made on the day. Two weeks ago my husband and I we went and had it croissant and coffee it was perfect. Everyday for My breakfast I have latte and croissant in different cafes in the area however today I’ve had a croissant which wasn’t fresh probably from the day before it tasted old, the chocolate and the almond cream wasn’t fresh because I tried before, it was extremely dry I ate because I was very hungry and fasted for over 16 hours. I was very upset for having an old croissant at the point of paying my husband mentioned about the incident of not being fresh and we knew the staff would not admit differently of being fresh as result she did not charge for the croissant but they should never sell it food food unless is fresh. I popped into La Genoise Café on a whim to escape the July heatwave, and I’m so glad I did. The air-conditioning was such a relief, and the whole place had a calm, welcoming vibe.

I ordered the mushroom and red onion quiche, which came with a fresh side salad, and it really hit the spot. The portion was generous, tasty, and felt like a healthy, satisfying meal. I also had peppermint tea brewed with fresh mint leaves, which was a lovely touch, and I couldn’t resist finishing with a slice of red velvet cake. Everything was delicious and super fresh.

The whole meal came to just over £10, which felt like amazing value for the quality. The staff member who served me was really friendly and the service was quick. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend...
